Established LinkedIn’s First EDU Content Solutions Program

Partnership Growth: Assisting business growth in EDU vertical, assisting ~$100 million/yearly business.
In 2022 I was hired onto LinkedIn as an expansion to their 12 person Content Solutions Team. This team is a cross functional group that supports sales in their ability to work with clients on content, creative, and overall paid media strategy. Our KPIs read as non-sales to clients, while bolstering sales opportunities internally. By proving that better creative and content direction, leads to increased results, and inevitably client spend, the Content Solutions team have become key partners for 100s of sales staff.
My hire marked an important addition as the first person to serve as an EDU consultant in the company’s history. Bolstering an education background at Barkley and Five Mill agencies, I entered with a working knowledge of the nuances for this vertical.
Establishing an EDU program with sales I have worked on the following:
- Education specific narratives (Video in EDU/EdTech, AI in EDU, B2B and B2C Content Strategy in EDU, Corporate Communications in EDU).
- Strategic 1×1 in-person Workshops across top schools such as Yale, Boston University, University of Southern California, and University of Michigan.
- Creative, Content, and Strategy training to internal sales teams. Undergrad, MBA, EMBA, Online, in-person, and EdTech focused creative strategies.
- LinkedIn’s EDU subject matter expert at LinkedIn’s EDU Roadshow (22) and LinkedIn’s EDU Customer Week (25).
- Strategic partner in extra value adds to clients as part of yearly spending contracts. $~1-5M per top client.
