As the sole Manufacturing Content Solutions Consultant at LinkedIn, I was tasked with finding ways to hit manufacturing clients both 1×1 and at scale. Embracing our LinkedIn best practices, crossed with specific manufacturing data, I worked with our sales team to embark on a Manufacturing Roadshow in 2025. This roadshow would span LinkedIn best practices topics such as video best practices, content best practices, ABM strategy, B2B partnerships, and specific strategy for C-Suites and VPs on the platform. With each manufacturing company operating differently, I worked closely with LinkedIn’s leadership teams to develop a custom curriculum for each client.
Over the tour we were able to meet both in person and virtually with companies such as Honeywell, PPG, Emerson, Xometry, and Eaton. As a result of these meetings we secured new relationships, future partnership deals, and longer form workshopping that will take place over the next half. As a start, the partnerships are set to hover around $712K of new growth opportunities in the 6 months that followed these sessions.
To bring together such a successful roadshow I utilized a range of skillsets from my knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing in the manufacturing space to LinkedIn paid practices to engaging key stakeholders such as CMOs in a presentation format.
